The state of Maine requires all employees who work with children to become certified “Mandated Reporters.” The certification is good for four years.
Manitou will offer an in-person training session, or you may complete the certificate online.
Once you earn the Mandated Reporter Certificate, you need to upload it to your MyManitou account.
To complete the online training:
1. Read and review the state presentation
2. Take the Quiz (you can open it in a new tab)
3. Provide your personal information (you can use the info in the photo below as a guide):
4. Earn the certificate and print it as a PDF.
5. Upload the certificate to your MyManitou account (or submit it to the office staff)
